This ATEX-certified cabinet is TÜV type-examined (TÜV 16 ATEX 7810 X), so it can be commissioned without separate local approval in many jurisdictions.

1. Explosion-safe fresh air supply: Only fresh air enters the chamber; no recirculation ensures that no explosive mixture can mix near heating elements. 

 

2. Type-examination & ATEX compliance: Certified per Directive 2014/34/EU, category II 2G (Zone 1) inside the cabinet; outer housing is category 3G (Zone 2) capable. 

 

3. Support for T1–T4 classes & II A / II B groups: Compatible with many common solvent classifications. 

 

4. High fresh air flow (≈ 2 m³/min): Enables safe processing of large solvent loads without accumulation of flammable vapours. 

 

5. Reliable temperature control: PID controller (e.g. JUMO diraTron 104) with self-optimization and stored program capability. 

 

6. Safety monitoring & emergency purging: Volume flow monitors, overpressure control in control cabinet, and automatic emergency flushing under fault or power failure. 

 

7. Compact footprint: Designed to be used in labs or production areas without requiring excessive space.
