Test chambers for military applications

Our solutions include an extensive range of testing chambers capable of performing all the tests required by MIL-810H including climate, temperature shock, vibration, dust, salt fog and altitude testing. The Weiss Technik test chambers distributed and installed by Simultech are designed to perform environmental simulation product testing to the highest standards.

Product test chambers range from small bench top units to drive-in test chambers, which are designed for the testing of large military vehicles and other heavy defence equipment.

Weisstechnik’s test chambers can be certified to ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosible) standards, ensuring a high degree of safety and reliability. ATEX chambers offer enhanced protection against explosive, flammable and combustible liquids and gases.

Testing chambers can be used for multiple applications in the defence industry, including the testing of ammunition and other equipment. The chambers allow military personnel and their suppliers to evaluate the functionality, quality and stability of products to identify areas for improvement.

Cooling solutions for military containers and tents

We also distribute Weisstechnik’s range of containers and tent air conditioning systems, mobile clean rooms and mobile temperature control. These solutions are specifically designed for Defence related applications.

Weisstechnik’s air-conditioning units are mobile, reliable and robust, in addition to being capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 55°C. They can also withstand ice, storms, sand and extreme humidity.

The cooling systems comply with internationally recognised standards of MIL-STD 810G and MIL-STD 461E, ensuring high levels of quality and reliability.

Simultech’s service team has extensive industry experience, with factory-trained technicians that provide installation, training and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand.

Technicians can usually be on-site within 48 hours in the event of a chamber breakdown.
